Private Pool Parties

The pool area is a lovely place to have a party! Great for bridal showers, cocktail parties, family reunions, and of course, birthday parties. Pool parties held during normal business hours must include no more than 19 swimmers. For 20 or more people, you may schedule a private pool party outside of normal business hours.

To schedule a pool party during normal pool hours:
• Let us know that you are coming! Please see Nick Kheriaty, Aquatics Manager, to schedule in person, or call 671-4405 or email pool@bellinghamgcc.com.
• We will happily reserve picnic tables for you upon request.
• Cost for these parties is $5 per guest. (19 guest maximum during pool hours)
• No outside food is allowed at the Club. We are happy to provide food for all your events. Whether it is through the snack shack or our catering department we can find the right items to make your party great!

To schedule a private pool party:

• You can bring any number of guests.
• Minimum cost per private pool party: $100.00 for 2 lifeguards for 2 hours, with an additional charge of $5.00 for each non-member guest. Additional lifeguards may be required at the aquatic director’s discretion. Each additional lifeguard will cost $35.00.
• No outside food is allowed at the Club. We are happy to provide food for all your events. Whether it is through the snack shack or our catering department we can find the right items to make your party great!
