Our Fine Dining Room is truly one of
the best restaurants in Bellingham. 
With wonderful fireside dining, attentive service and an inspired menu updated weekly, our dining room is the perfect choice for a business lunch or special dinner.

Exective Chef Michael Hannah, and his staff pride themselves on the quality and consistency of the Bellingham Country Club’s Menu.  The Chef learned his craft at the Culinary Institute of America.  He has worked for Hyatt Hotels, The Capital Grille, Orchard Lake Country Club, and was also the Corporate Executive Chef for Paragon Steakhouse Restaurants.

The secret to our success is that we do not take short cuts.  Quality is not sacrificed for expediency.  As a proud member of Sustainable Connections, we use local Washington purveyors for the freshest ingredients whenever possible.  All meats and fish are fresh and cut on premises.  The sauces and accompaniments are made in house using classical techniques.  We also pride ourselves on the quality of our in-house desserts, under the direction of Pastry Chef Kevin Benner.

If you want a selection for an event that you are hosting and do not see it on our menu, Chef Hannah will be pleased to work with you and create a special menu for your gathering.  Whether it is an elegant breakfast buffet, a simple business luncheon or an elaborated plated dinner, you can be assured that our Chef and his staff have the talent and dedication to see that your expectations are exceeded!


In addition, our poolside Snack Bar is open all summer, serving light meals, ice cream and
refreshments, poolside or on the course.  New for this year, you may order from the
Grill Room Menu and casually dine al fresco by the pool, or enjoy a refreshing cocktail from
our Poolside Tiki Hut!


Tipping Policy
In our restaurants, tipping is discretionary and will not be automatically added to your bill.
For banquet events, a gratuity of 18% is generally added to the event bill.


* Grill Room Dress Code:
Jeans and tailored shorts are acceptable.
No swimsuits or sweat suits of any kind are permitted.


* Dining Room Dress Code:
Jeans, shorts, and hats are not permitted.
Men are required to wear a collared shirt with sleeves.
Tee shirts and tank tops are not allowed, however
mock turtle or turtle neck shirts are acceptable.
